Kim Novak, in her open letter slammed mean people who bullied her via their social media accounts and articles. However, along with the letter Kim Novak also admitted her plastic surgery. As Kim wrote, she injected her face.

I’m not going to deny that I had fat injections in my face. They seemed far less invasive than a face lift. In my opinion, a person has a right to look as good as they can, and I feel better when I look better.

Well, Novak honesty makes thing easier. Unlike many other celebrities who love to hide plastic surgery, Kim Novak admits it. We don’t need to speculate about procedures she underwent. However we still can guess what parts of her face that got the injection.
